Buckwheat's PCT Pages

I hiked the 2660-mile-long Pacific Crest Trail from April 24 to September 4, 2009 with the trail name "Buckwheat" (because I would usually have buckwheat groats for dinner, along with tuna and olive oil). The experience was incredible, and I highly recommend it to anyone who has wanderlust and a love of nature. Long-distance hiking is one of the most enjoyable activities imaginable, provided you learn some basic outdoor skills, are adequately equipped, and have some company along the way.

This section is still growing as I continue to add photos and useful information about thru-hiking the PCT.
